Board President
Jevon Clark
Dr. Jevon Clark is a veterinarian at the Animal Clinic of Kalispell. He is the son of 2 and husband of 1 educator and has lived public education his entire life. His grown sons both graduated from Glacier High School and he is passionate about spreading the news throughout the valley that Kalispell Public Schools are quite simply unsurpassed and we are so blessed that our kids have the opportunities and quality education that KPS affords them. Like many, his free time is spent outside in all seasons with his wife and dogs “being and doing” Montana.

Vice President
Mark Flatau
Mark Flatau recently retired from the Superintendent position at KPS after 43 years in education. While leading KPS, much of his effort was getting a $54 million bond package approved by voters in 2016 which launched construction projects, including the new Rankin Elementary School and a thorough makeover of FHS, Linderman, The Ag Center, and numerous other projects impacting every school in the district. His career included teaching at all grade levels, coaching , Athletic Director, HS Assistant Principal, HS Principal, Assistant Superintendent and finishing his final 15 years as a Superintendent.

Secretary
Lynn Dykstra
Dr. Lynn Dykstra has lived in Kalispell for 20 years and raised two boys, both graduates of Glacier High School. As a pediatrician, she is passionate about the health and welfare of children and thus, is passionate about optimizing opportunities in public education. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, wake surfing, and walks with her husband and black lab.

Treasurer
Sue Brown
Sue Brown taught at Flathead High School for 40 years where she helped establish the IB Programme and was actively involved in curriculum development and innovation at the local and state levels. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Whitefish Credit Union and the executive board of the Northwest Montana Literacy Council. Sue is excited about helping to support teachers and students through the work of the KEF.

Carol Santa
Dr. Carol Santa has been an elementary teacher, reading specialist, university professor and the language arts coordinator for Kalispell Public Schools. She and her husband John along with John and Rosemary McKinnon founded Montana Academy, a school for troubled youth located near Kalispell. She has two children and five grandchildren.

Josh Kroll
Josh Kroll is vice president of marketing and business development at Park Side Credit Union. In his role, he works with teachers and schools to provide financial literacy to students of all ages in the Flathead Valley. He is an athlete and a musician and enjoys outdoor recreation of any kind with his wife and two sons.

Cara Rathke
Cara is the Community Involvement Coordinator with Kalispell Public Schools. She has two children attending Edgerton Elementary, and is looking forward to expanding the presence of KEF in our community to further impact our schools. She loves exploring and going on any outdoor adventure with family and friends, as well as making connections to form a stronger community.

Kate Lufkin
Kate Lufkin received her degrees from the University of Montana and has built a career focused on community impact. She currently serves as the Chief Communications Officer at Montana Pediatrics, where she supports access to care for children and families across the state. A passionate advocate for public education, Kate believes every child—regardless of background—deserves access to high-quality learning and the opportunity to thrive.

Adam Cebulla
Adam Cebulla is a 2013 graduate of Glacier High School and is ecstatic to be living back in the Valley with his wonderful wife Lauren, bundle of joy daughter Carter and golden retriever Milo. As an alumnus of Kalispell Public Schools, Adam is passionate about providing the best experience possible to all future Kalispell Public School students for years to come. In his free time Adam enjoys being in the outdoors whether that’s fishing or boating on the lake, hiking or skiing in the mountains or just taking a good long walk with the family.

Anna Marie Bailey
Anna Marie Bailey is a founding KEF Board member from 2007. She has been married to Dave since 1982. They have two daughters. Michele and Danielle. Michele helps assess students for education plans to meet their individual needs. She and her husband Scott have three boys. Danielle and her husband Jake live in Alaska, where she is the Executive Director of the Alaska Bar Association.

Frances McAllister
Francy McAllister is a retired educator of the Kalispell School District. Over the years she taught several grades but the majority of her tenure was with 8th and 9th graders in the Social Studies and English Departments. Those were the years that captured her heart and continue to hold it. Kalispell is extremely fortunate to have an outstanding foundation that is instrumental in helping so many lives from students to staff. She is honored to serve on the KEF Board. Her other community involvements are with Lions and Friends of the Library. Francy’s spare time involves swimming, knitting, traveling and walking with her beloved dog.

Student Board

Josh Lee
Josh Lee is a senior at Glacier High School. He is involved in various activities, including Speech and Debate, DECA, Student Council, and National Honor Society. Josh serves as the president of Glacier's DECA chapter, Senior Class President, and secretary for the National Honor Society. Josh has also been heavily involved in advocacy regarding education, serving as a student representative and key member of One Brave Pac, the organization that recently helped pass a levy to fund the high schools of SD5. This is his first year on the student board.

Myla Lamson
Myla is a Junior at Glacier High School who participates in Speech and Debate, Orchestra, Choir, and Theatre. She is also a student council secretary. This is her first year on the student board.

Hudson Capser​
Hudson is a junior at Flathead High School who plays football and throws in track as well participates in NHS, DECA and Brave Mentoring. He also enjoys skiing and going to the lake. This is his first year on the Student Board.

Naomi Miller
Naomi is a senior at Flathead High School who plays soccer and run track as well participates in Choir, DECA and Brave Mentoring. She also enjoys sewing her own clothes and painting. This is her third year on the Student Board.
Staff
The Kalispell Education Foundation has two part-time staff members.

Dorothy Drury

Dorothy joined Kalispell Education Foundation in 2016 as a board member and became Executive Director in 2020. A graduate of Flathead High School, she is dedicated to elevating educational opportunities for all Kalispell students, ensuring that every child—regardless of socioeconomic background—has the support needed to thrive. Dorothy looks forward to working with fellow alumni and community members to strengthen local education and create lasting opportunities for future generations. ​​​

Jenny Cloutier

Jenny joined KEF in 2024. A 1995 graduate of Flathead High School and attendee of Edgerton Elementary, and Kalispell Middle School Jenny is overjoyed to be working in support of Kalispell schools. In her free time Jenny explores the rivers and mountains of the region and supports avalanche education efforts in the community.
